範美公司研發不使用電力以氣源壓力驅動的呼吸器，可使用在戶外無電力供應的環境下提供病患緊急救援。如救護車，偏遠地區及供電不穩區域或任何移動式載具上都可以使用。最大的特色是機器內一組壓力補償的元件可應用在高壓艙呼吸治療的環境下，讓機器自動隨著艙壓變化而調整輸出，維持穩定的潮氣容積，而且全氣動控制的設計讓此機器可避免高壓氧艙高氧濃度用電的危險 。
本產品由高壓氧技術研發，僅需有一般醫用氣瓶便可使用於一至六個絕對大氣壓環境。可使用於多種場合，由高壓氧艙至一般如加護病房(ICU)、亞急性照顧病房、救護車，急救現場甚至居家使用。由於其為氣動驅動，輕便不須電力，因此可單人攜帶用於偏遠山區等電力缺乏地區或複合性災區之病患救助。更可應用於MRI與高壓氧艙等必須避免電力造成火花或高磁場干擾MRI檢驗或造成危險之環境下安全使用。
